Reason why

• This is for now only to help a specific customer ‣ as we are lacking any tracking that shows which drivers received booking requests
• They have asked about this multiple times and while we don't offer any solution for this, no performance tracking of drivers, no support for this on pickable bookings and no other solution in sight for the foreseeable feature, this is a low-effort way of solving their issue. At the same time we'll learn a bit more on the problem of driver performance, which will be valuable to us when building a proper feature for this

Current state

• We have websockets events for creating and canceling driver requests
• We do not have webhooks for those

Desired state

• We'd like to introduce webhooks for the event of creating and canceling driver requests
